About this policy

This policy describes the current QwenImage AI site at qwenimage-21.org. The public studio can send image prompts to the Qwen Image service configured by the site operator. Image editing is not currently connected.

Studio drafts and reference images

When you generate an image, your prompt and selected aspect ratio are sent to the configured Qwen Image service. The service returns an image that is displayed in your browser. Reference images selected in edit mode stay in your browser tab and are not uploaded. Choosing Copy prepared prompt copies the edit brief to your clipboard. Closing or refreshing the tab clears the local draft and reference preview.

Accounts and support

If you create an account, we process the details needed for authentication and account management, such as your email address and session. If you send a support request, we process the information you provide to answer it. The server may receive standard request information, including IP address and browser details, for operation and security.

Generation currently requires an account. The server applies a per-request cooldown and sends prompts to the model endpoint configured by the site operator. That model service may process or retain prompts under its own terms. Optional payment, analytics and support integrations may also process information needed for the features you choose to use.

Retention and your choices

The site does not store local drafts, reference previews, or returned images. Account and support records may remain while needed to provide those services and comply with applicable requirements. You can clear a studio draft by closing or refreshing the tab. For account questions, use the support area after signing in.
